I need a user friendly setup to an excel program to run my check cashing business. The following are the requirements.
*Customer information and the rate we charge [login to view URL] there should be a way to see their previous transactions in a listed format under their profile
* pos looking main interface where we enter customer info, and enter the new check they are cashing. it calculates the fees and tells us how much cash we need to give them.
* we also sell money orders.
* so the customer may choose to buy money order with the cash they are receiving, so We can add those money orders and calculate the fee for the money order and deduct it from the cash we were suppose to give them on the check cashed.
* reporting that gives us detail of all checks and money ordered transactions for the day, month and so forth
