I need help researching the true costs of American Healthcare

Hi! I'm writing a whitepaper on the spending problem of the United States healthcare industry and I need your help! I need someone to research the entire United States healthcare expenditure (~$3.6 Trillion) and detail where every dollar goes. There are plenty of studies out that describe the US healthcare expenditure, but I want to get down to specifics. Here are the topics I want to thoroughly cover: Private Insurance: I want to know how much money was paid in premiums to private health insurance companies (total $ amount, not average per person). Then I want to know how much was paid via employers and/or employees and other individuals without employment. Self-Funded Employers: I want to know how many employers are doing this, a list of them, how much they spend, increases/decreases in money spent, etc. All other relevant details you find are needed. Out-of-pocket spending: I want to know how much money American citizens pay out-of-pocket each year for health. This includes payments for deductibles, premiums, co-pays, and anything else that comes out of their pocket as it pertains to healthcare costs. Then I want you to figure out what conditions this money was spent on (i.e. Primary care, diabetic medication, surgery, premiums, pharmaceuticals, etc.). While doing this, you will find more data that you can elaborate on. I want it all documented. We could easily write a whitepaper on pharmaceutical spending alone, and eventually we will. Now, from all of this data, I want someone to come up with nice graphics & charts that tell the most accurate story of the United States true healthcare spending problem. I want this down to the granular level. I also want summaries for all of these findings. I've done all of this research myself, but haven't documented it all. This means I've read and looked at just about every chart and graph that has talked about healthcare spending in the United States. Don't just google "US healthcare costs" and regurgitate the same numbers everyone else knows about.
