Terms in English, usage variations (.e.g., US English) and comments together with the corresponding terms in other languages found on one or more lines in the cells in a PDF table must be extracted into Excel format, where the terms and related info are to be extracted into separate cells and separated by semicolons.
The glossaries contain words, phrases, and institutional titles. A number of entries include a usage field within square brackets denoting the origin of the term — e.g., [OECD] — or a context — e.g., [trade]. Other entries contain a cross reference to related records. Acronyms are also included.
There are eight PDF documents each with a different language paired with English. Each of the eight language pairs will comprise its own glossary and Excel file.
Attached is a two-page extract of one of the glossaries. Each glossary comprises approximately 450 such pages.
We request that you clearly demonstrate your understanding of the project requirements and ability to do the job using the attached extract. This should also be used for you to make an offer including your price per glossary and the delivery time.
