I believe that you need a virtual assistant to help you with making a spreadsheet (with protected cells so formulas) that tracks how much we pay each subcontractor each month, and keep track of your profit margin as you are a janitorial company. That will be by comparing what you pay each sub compared to what you invoice your customers.
