Hi! I think there is a better solution. First about SQL database - there you have 2 choices. To host SQL Server in your network or to have it in a cloud (using service like Azure). As for the user interface. For a user interface, it can be an Excel but there can be few issues with that. My suggestion is to have an Access database as frontend. Regards, Branislav Mihaljev
