hello everyone ,
looking for Supplier Scorecard Excel Template .
the template will be used by three users ( u1 , u2 , u3)
u1 : will evaluate the supplier according to fix critera with fix weighting
u2 and u3 : evaluation criteria and evaluation weighting depends on the contract commercial types ( 3 kind of contracts )
the template shall show then the average of the three evaluation acoording to certain weighting ( eg , 40 % U1 ; 30 % U2 and 30% U3).
Since the template will be shared by email . The respective user is not able to check the other evaluation of the two others users
it would be also great to check the evaluation history of every supplier
there will be one scorecard for every supplier
