Tax Collection & Certification

1. Stored on Google drive 2. run on desktop or mobile phone 3. Option to post paid bills, Date I enter to start posting, I enter to start posting DFP(Discount, Face, Penalty), Check #, Note, bill #. 4. school real estate bills need option for partial pays of 3 payments if customer chooses. 5. There are four Excel books each year, but I would like to be able to add books every year to it including my past books that I have. 6. Tax certification 2 & 4 Year option. I would need it to pull the current taxes and the previous years taxes. 7. Run 3 different reports in format required (I have Examples) One for the county and local and one for the school district. Year end report. 8. I would need to be able to add lines for reports and for importing. Some of the areas I collect for in their real estate taxes have more than just their general fund, they have multiple other types of funds that have to be separated for the report. 9. Option to have one file for each area that I may be collecting for. As of now I collect for two areas possibly three next year. 10. Be able to pull the unpaid bills numbers for each of the type of bills so that I can print the bills which I have saved in PDF format and in bill number order. 11. Option to add bills if the county adds intern bills to my collection list. This would also need to be able to recalculate it into the year-end report. 12. Option to change someone's assessed value for their personal bills and keep a record of that for the year end report. 13. An option to export Excel format for unpaid bills for the personal taxes for the local portion in the first bill and the school portion. 14. Be able to print to PDF file. 15. Export the data at any time to excel format 16. If doing this via a type of Excel or office project it can't be locked so that the code can be modified in the future. If trying to do a program which would probably be way too much I would need the original source code then so that it can be modified in the future. Preferably by the person who does this project for me but just in case they're not available or can't. A lot of my Excel files have macros built in. Unfortunately macros can't be ran on a mobile device. So for my tax cert file you'll notice that there's macros embedded that pulls from my other Excel books as required. I was going to try and get the reports in that to be done via Excel then I tried to convert over to Google's version so that I can try and do certain things on my phone when I'm not around to do them on the computer. I do this to help municipalities for my job. Unfortunately not very good paying jobs the two I have only get paid about $10,000 year. There are other things that I can't remember offhand. For my actual books I took screenshots of a page and try to write out addresses and identifying information. But the two screenshots are just from the county and local books.
