•A tensile test was performed on a stainless steel round bar specimen at 550 ° C.
•The specimen dimensions are: 36.0 mm gauge length, 8.0 mm diameter.

1- Plot “Engineering Stress vs. Engineering Strain” using the extensometer data provided (up to around 0.05 strain).
Note: Some non-linearity may be observed at the beginning of the test, due to the slack in the system. You need to correct this part of the data, by removing the data in that region, extrapolating back the linear trend and shifting back the tensile curve.
2-Calculate the Young’s Modulus (E).
3-Plot “True Stress vs. True Strain” using the extensometer data.
