Here’s the flow I have in mind: the user selects or creates the site, fills in the issue details, hits save, and the record is instantly written both to that site’s local log and to the master spreadsheet. The master file must stay in standard .xlsx format so we can sort, filter, and share it with managers who rely on Excel. A clean, lightweight UI is important—nothing flashy, just fast data entry fields and a reliable search/filter function. The implementation would use a stable record ID for each maintenance entry, write to the local site log and master workbook on save, and validate the Excel output so managers can sort/filter it without warnings. I can include the portable executable or installer, source code with build steps, generated Excel template, and a short setup/user guide. One honest note: I don’t have recent portfolio evidence specifically for Windows desktop + Excel workbook automation, so I’d treat the Excel compatibility checks carefully from the start.
