We need help create forms in excel or adobe. The form/template is for sales to request a quote or product sample for a customer. The form is to be sent by sales to an email alias. The form should be visible in the body of the email, we want to be able to read the form in outlook w/o opening the file. Relatively simple form - Contact name, Customer name, Country, Address, Address 2, City, ST Zip, Phone, email, product request, shipper - (FedEx, DHL, UPS), account #, Notes/Special request (text box). Form is currently in excel, but need to make more professional looking and readable outside of excel.
