I'm looking for a full-time virtual assistant for my online business. This will be a long term position.
I will train you on everything that you need to know, however, I'm looking for someone who communicates very well, is reliable and punctual, is willing to learn and work hard.
You will need some basic skills like
- using Facebook and Skype
- MS Word and MS Excel (basic)
- Web Research
- Email Marketing
- admin support/email handling
Working as my virtual assistant will mean that you will communicate with my clients through Facebook and Skype and also look for opportunities to expand the business through different online channels.
You will be accountable to me for the time you clock and the activity you complete on a daily basis. You will have targets to achieve too.
The right person will be see their remuneration increase periodically. I will initially pay $350 per month and this will increase to $500 per month after 3 months.
To be successful for this position, you will need to go through an interview with me which can be conducted over skype. You will need access to a microphone for the interview and training.
