Exceptional Marketing Assistant

I'm looking for someone who is a guru in marketing almost like a mini advertising agency built into one person...They need to: ~ Lead Generation, need to get valid emails based off of our targeted audience, need to find valid Facebook organizations/ groups/clubs based off out targeted audience, need to get valid leads based on our targeted audience in linkedIn...~ Social Media Experience, need to be a expert in all that is social media- based on our target audience they will need to create and grow our social media presence, get followers and grow them.... Create awareness of what the book is about to get people to buy book... ~ find 100 Influencers and list then in excel sheet all info, names their followers etc. ~ Ad Placement must know how to place FB ads in the target market groups...~ Track Surveys, and help create surveys to see what people want, who they follow what they need and what they llok for...~ Design Experience Background also...will need help in collateral, desings and placing ads, must have a design sense to capture peoples attention... ~ Track companies and Identify Oppurtunities, track other companies in same fiels, seek out any opportunity for us to create based on what is already in market... ~ Identify and report campaign outcomes based on all social media, surveys, etc. make chart to show everything... from that we should be able to see what we need to do next, we need to then target after all input what is the best traffic for us.....~ Our All In One Marketing Expert needs to have knowledge in " Books" they need to know how to get us on the NYT best seller, Amazons best seller, etc etc. , Find and get him into book clubs, either speaking at them or even getting his books in the stores for sale, we would like book distributed usa and international... we have a goal of try to sell 100thousand copies
