Fix problem with Instagram and Facebook

Our business website, [login to view URL] , seems to have been blocked by Instagram and Facebook for unknown reasons. Each time we try to share this link on FB we get an error saying "Your post couldn't be shared, because this link goes against our Community Standards".
A similar thing happens when we try to put this link inside our Instagram's profile.
You can actually try on your own FB and by adding the link inside your instagram's profile: you will get the same error.
For this reason, we need someone able to fix this problem.
The website, as you can see, is a legit e-commerce, entirely under HTTPS, without prohibited contents.
Redirects are not a solution (we have already tried and they get blocked after a while).
