Instagram Ads Storie - Problem

I need to promote a Instagram Stories Multi-Card Carousel in my adds painel on Facebook. I do all right but when I click to create the campaign it shows this message:
Aspect Ratio Not Supported: Instagram Explore only supports aspect ratios up to 4:5 tall and 1.91:1 wide.
But the 3 videos are in the correct size. I need to fix it and promote this stories ads. I'm sending as an attachment the message that appears and one of the 3 videos to see the configuration.
I need someone that help me with that.
