Manage my Social Media - Residential construction

I need an expert to develop a strategy for my social media use, create and post free content regularly for me on all of my platforms, integrate with my website as needed, create and post paid ads monthly, analyse and provide reports on social media results, etc. I basically want someone to manage my social media advertising / branding on an ongoing basis and am open to advice from experts on what they will provide and the best way to use my social media.
I will provide project updates including photos and videos to the freelancer to post but would like the freelancer to create high quality contect with great graphic design, photo content, video content, etc.
I am using Google Business, Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin and would like to continue all 4 of these platforms.
My budget is AUS$100/month for paid advertising and AUS$100/month to hire a freelancer to carry out the social media management as above.
My goal is to achieve brand awareness and business leads for new projects for the business.
