Online Sub-Agents wanted to refer UK businesses

Caresse Recruitment Ltd is a UK based employment agency specialising in recruiting candidates and employers for various projects.
We are looking for Online Sub-Agents to refer us UK based businesses to take part in a UK Government employability programme called the Kickstart Scheme. The Kickstart Scheme is an incentive to help young people at risk of long term unemployment, to get into the UK job market. The programme will provide government funding for employers to create job placements for 6 months.
The Online Sub-Agent is to find leads who must be UK based employers that would benefit from taking on candidates for any of the following positions:
-Social Media Assistant
-Marketing Assistant
-Admin Assistant
The UK employer will not have to pay the employees wages as this will be covered by the Kickstart Scheme for 6 months (and paid in arrears).
Commission rate for Online Sub-Agents:
$50 for each UK based employer (lead)
