VA and SMM Expert Needed - Graphic Design, Website, Content Creation, Video Editing a Plus

This position is part marketing assistant and part administrative assistant. Your goal will be to expand our presence online, grow our social platforms.... and help us with any overall marketing/digital strategy execution needed. Expected: 7-10 hours per week. We need someone with an excellent grasp of the English language. We are looking for someone who can work independently but can take direction on the projects and goals that need to be achieved – and deliver desired results... and who has excellent writing and speaking proficiency in the English language. Responsibilities: Manage all social media accounts especially IG and FB: Increase ideal followers, create and post stories, repurpose blog content, edit videos, engage with followers, etc. Target social media influencers/competitors to identify ideal clients - engage, DMs, follow/unfollows Post broadcast clips or articles to our social media accounts Manage and post articles on our website using WordPress/Wix Research and identify potential competitors/similar accounts to repurpose content Marketing emails Create beautiful slide decks for webinars, proposals Miscellaneous tasks Key Attributes: • Expert in social media – IG, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter. • Experience with WordPress/Wix is a MUST. • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Mac equivalent programs. • Great marketing/presentation eye to produce beautiful, effective results with any taking including, but not limited to: resume’s, webinar fliers, blog posts, social stories/posts, graphic designs, and email/social/ad marketing campaigns.
