Sew Vintage Pillow Covers

I have a growing stash of gorgeous vintage fabrics waiting to become decorative pillow covers and would like to partner with a skilled sewist for ongoing work. For the initial trial, I will send enough fabric (or deliver locally within Los Angeles) for four covers. Every cover will require an invisible zipper—cleanly installed so the pull tucks neatly under the seam allowance—and crisp, square corners. Insert sizes I routinely work with are: • 6 x 15 in lumbar • 18 x 18 in square • 20 x 20 in square • 22 x 22 in square If these dimensions are comfortable for you, please send: • A short note describing your experience sewing pillows or cushions. • 3–5 close-up photos that clearly show your zipper application and finished corners on similar projects. • Your price for the four-cover test run. • Typical turnaround time once fabric and measurements are in hand. After the test batch, I anticipate a steady stream of covers in similar sizes and will gladly discuss a workflow that suits both of us—whether shipping fabric and inserts or arranging local drop-offs.
