I have a couple of super quick jobs. Firstly the approval system you made works great but it isn't sending the email for appointment approval, neither patient or admin are receiving it? I thought you had this working but it definitely isn't working now.
Also would you be able to just quickly add email templates for (Admin Copy) emails? When logged into "Main Admin" I've been told it's simply using the admin panel -> email templates to add the email template using the "template Code" but i can't find the template codes in the core files. The template i specifically want is "Appointment Approval (Admin Copy)"
