Hire 40 Field Sales Reps

I need help sourcing and lining up forty motivated field-sales professionals for Sangita 4 Technologies Pvt Ltd, Hamlet Layout, Bangalore 560066. The role is strictly Field Sales, focused on promoting and closing deals for our Financial products across the city, so every candidate you present must already be comfortable meeting prospects face-to-face, chasing daily targets, and handling documentation in the finance domain. Here is what I expect from you: • Short-list and deliver 40 qualified candidates who have proven, recent experience in Field Sales of Financial products. • Ensure each profile contains an updated résumé, contact details, and a brief note highlighting relevant achievements (e.g., loan disbursals, insurance policies sold, mutual-fund AUM gathered, etc.). • Arrange interview slots—in person at our Hamlet Layout office—for every short-listed candidate and confirm their attendance. • Track candidate status right up to offer acceptance so we can hit our onboarding target smoothly. A successful submission will be accepted when all forty candidates have completed round-one interviews with my team and at least 70 % of them meet our internal skill bar (we will share the evaluation sheet with you). Time is critical; please outline your typical sourcing channels (Job boards, LinkedIn, local references, campus outreach, etc.) and the timeline you need to deliver the first batch of profiles once we start.
