If the Figma files and the design system are not clean, development becomes slow and full of questions. From what you wrote, you are looking for someone who thinks in systems, not just in screens, and who prepares files in a way that developers can actually use. I work fully in Figma with auto layout, components, styles, and variables. Most of my work is on structured products and websites like FEAST, Quantalis, Baleineo, and Vughy where the design had to scale across many pages and modules and be easy to hand off to developers. I always organize files by pages, components, and flows, name layers properly, and use reusable components instead of one off designs. I have also worked on multi language and content heavy platforms, so working with mirrored layouts and different reading directions is not a problem conceptually. If needed, I can adapt the system to RTL layout rules. My usual handoff process is to clean the file, lock the components, prepare styles and variables, add notes where needed, and share a simple walkthrough so developers understand how the system works.
