You do NOT have to edit—just record in clear, steady HD on your phone, speak naturally, and upload the raw footage. Here’s what I’m after: • A mix of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes drawn from both North and South Indian traditions. • Recipes that come straight from your household’s traditional methods rather than restaurant shortcuts. • Clean, well-lit video that shows every important step, from ingredients on the counter to final plating. Natural kitchen sound is fine; Deliverables for every accepted dish: 1. One continuous or logically segmented raw video file (horizontal preferred, 1080p or better). 2. A brief text note naming the dish plus its ingredient list and approximate quantities.
