We are having an operations review meeting with the Unit heads of the profit generating business units. Currently we are having substantial trading loss in our income statement and we need to warn them (the Unit Heads) that a catastrophe is waiting for us if we did not increase sales orders, sales completions, billing and collection. Presentation should not be very long. Just around 15 Power Point slides where all the real impacts are written when loss will be declared on audited financial statements. i.e. It will affect our credit facilities time from vendors and they might demand immediate payments instead of giving us 60 or 90 Days. Secondly our Banks might refuse and dramatically lower the bank facilities after seeing losses on audited income statement. And some other points like these in a power point presentation.
My Project is mainly text based and requires knowledge of major financial statement and their impacts on business in a power point slides and CFO's suggestions to operating department heads on what could be done to avoid this Year End catastrophe at year end.
