I run a portfolio of large, complex residential construction projects in the UK and I’m ready to take our financial oversight to the next level with Fathom ([login to view URL]). I already have good data flowing from our accounting platform; what I need is an experienced Fathom power-user who knows the construction sector inside out and can turn that raw information into truly forward-looking insight. Your brief: work with me one or two days each month, on an ongoing basis, to refine and maintain our budgeting, cash-flow forecasting and detailed reporting inside Fathom. The primary objective is sharper project-level forecasting so decisions on phasing, procurement and funding are made with confidence. If you’ve previously set up dashboards, KPI libraries and scenario models for UK-based construction firms—and can speak the language of valuations, retentions and CIS—then we’ll get along well. Costs are open for discussion; what matters is proven expertise and the ability to drop straight in and add value from day one. Typical monthly outputs will include: • An updated 12- to 18-month cash-flow model with scenario analysis • Refreshed budget vs. actual visuals for each project and at group level • Tailored board-ready reports exported directly from Fathom I’m happy to walk you through our current data structure and agree a rhythm that suits us both.
