Monthly Bookkeeping & Statements

I’m looking for an experienced accountant who can take full ownership of my monthly bookkeeping. Each month you’ll record every transaction, reconcile the bank and credit-card accounts, and then close the books with clear financial statements I can rely on for decision-making and tax filing later in the year. To date everything has been kept in good order, but I want a professional touch going forward so the data stays clean, consistent, and audit-ready. I’m comfortable with whichever mainstream accounting software you prefer—QuickBooks Online, Xero, or a similar cloud platform—as long as I can log in and view real-time numbers. We sell parts online and walk-ins, inventory needs to be accurate and we also manufacture items.
