The job centres on three key abilities inside Tally: • Expense categorisation that mirrors real-life spending areas (groceries, utilities, travel, hobbies, etc.). • Automatic monthly expense summaries I can export or print. • A budget-tracking view that flags overspending against set limits. The file should be fully configured, with opening balances entered and a short set of instructions on how I can keep the system updated after you hand it over. Please include examples of past Tally work—screenshots or anonymised sample files are ideal—so I can gauge how clearly you structure ledgers, cost centres and reports.
