Opening Merchant Account/Paypal/TransferWise in Sri Lanka

We are forming corporation in Sri Lanka with a native owning 51% of the business. The other owner is in Sweden.
We are looking for someone with experience in setting up a merchant account and payment processing in Sri Lanka. For example can you open up a Stripe account or Paypal from that country. Can we do a merchant account such as [login to view URL] gateway.
We also want to have the money from the sales go into a business transferwise account but for that to be in USD so that we can use it to spend money buying supplies and services etc....The cards from transferwise will be used in Sweden and USA.
We need someone to guide us in this process.
