Job Description:
develop a simplified accounting and reporting tool preferably using any of the Microsoft platforms or any other inexpensive data base tool should be able to among others facilitate:
i) Recording of receipts and payments;
ii) Maintenance of Cash books;
iii) Preparation of Bank Reconciliations;
iv) Maintenance of Fixed Asset register;
v) Management of the procure to pay -cycle (From Requisition to order processing)
vi) Management of inventory;
vii) Report writing functionality (Ability to print cash books, bank recs, asset and inventory reports and Pos if possible)
viii) Maintenance of Staff Debtors if any
