Hi, I am a Ph.D. student at the Polish Academy of Sciences with experience in FEM modeling including strain gradient crystal plasticity and other nonlinear methods. You can find a link to my researchgate account on my profile. I do not know exactly what do you need it for, because of the vague description. However, I can create such a finite element in AceGEN/AceFEM package. It is a general purpose finite element code as an add-on to Wolfram Mathematica. We do all our research using this robust tool.
