We’re looking for a specialized fintech/payments development agency (not a generic dev shop) to help us build an MVP for a payments control plane. This is a multi-tenant B2B platform that sits above payment providers and gives our B2B clients (platforms) a single API and console to manage PayIns, PayOuts, and PayOps workflows. The MVP focus is the “core control plane”: tenant model, roles/permissions, provider-agnostic integration layer (adapter pattern), event/webhook processing with idempotency, an internal ledger/transaction model, and the operational console (onboarding/configuration/transaction visibility/export). PayOuts will follow immediately after MVP, but for the MVP we care most about building the foundations correctly so additional rails/providers can be added without rewrites. Important: PayZentric will choose market sequencing and which PSPs/rails to prioritize when the timing is right. We are not looking for a team to “pick” our PSPs. We are looking for a team that can build a provider-agnostic platform and then implement whichever PSP(s)/rail(s) PayZentric selects. What we’re building is not a simple checkout page or single-merchant integration. It’s a platform that must be auditable, reconcilable, operable, and safe under real-world failure modes (retries, duplicates, out-of-order events, partials, reversals). We will only move forward with teams that have deep, proven experience building payments platforms end-to-end (payins, payouts, and payops), including ledger modeling and reconciliation patterns. If your team’s background is primarily general web apps, this won’t be a fit. What we need from the MVP at a high level: a single API for incoming payments (PayIns) and, soon after, outgoing payouts (PayOuts); a web console for onboarding, basic configuration (methods enabled, simple limits), viewing transactions/payouts, and exporting data for finance/reconciliation. We’ll share a more detailed concept document after we shortlist. Must-have experience includes: marketplace/platform payments, multiparty payment flows and/or mass payouts, operational/back-office tools, KYC/KYB workflow integration (via third parties is fine), basic risk/config logic, internal ledger/transaction modeling, and some level of reconciliation against provider reporting. We also expect comfort designing multi-tenant B2B/SaaS systems, clean documented APIs, and admin consoles for ops teams. Screening note: shortlisted teams will be asked to do a technical deep dive where you walk through your proposed ledger posting rules, idempotency/webhook processing approach, and reconciliation strategy (including how mismatches/backfills are handled). We’re looking for concrete implementation depth, not just high-level architecture slides. How we like to work: once shortlisted, we share the concept document; your team reviews and asks questions; you propose a realistic MVP cutline and a phased plan; you provide an estimate with hours by area and clear deliverables. If we proceed, we expect weekly progress updates, clear mapping of hours to deliverables, and source code in repos we control from day one (we own the IP). We also expect a paid discovery/spec sprint before build. If the technical deep dive confirms fit, we’ll move into a 1–2 week paid discovery phase to produce a concise technical MVP spec (service map, high-level ERD/data model, event contracts, ledger posting rules, recon workflow, tenancy/RBAC model) and a delivery plan with milestones, acceptance criteria, and definition of “production-ready.” We are not looking for a licensing dependency on an agency “platform.” If you propose reusing internal components, they must be delivered into a PayZentric-owned codebase with full source and no ongoing licensing/hosted dependency. What to include in your proposal: 2–4 relevant examples of platform/marketplace payments work (especially payouts and back-office tooling), which providers/PSP APIs you’ve integrated, team composition and who would actually be assigned, your proposed stack, and how you scope/estimate MVPs of this complexity (including a rough timeline to a first usable release).

Hello! This is clearly a real payments control plane, not a checkout project, and I appreciate how explicitly you’ve defined the bar. What you’re building lives in the critical path of money movement, so correctness, auditability, and failure handling matter more than feature count. I’ve worked on platform and marketplace payments systems covering PayIns, PayOuts, multiparty flows, mass payouts, internal ledgers, reconciliation, and back-office tooling. I’m comfortable designing provider-agnostic adapter layers, deterministic webhook/event processing with idempotency, and ledger models that finance and ops teams can actually trust under retries, duplicates, reversals, and partials. For the MVP, I’d focus on foundations done right: clean multi-tenant + RBAC model, a real internal ledger with clear posting rules, idempotent event pipelines, and an ops console built for onboarding, configuration, transaction visibility, and exports. PSP selection stays entirely with PayZentric; the platform is built so adding or swapping rails doesn’t require rewrites. I’m comfortable doing the technical deep dive you described, walking through ledger posting logic, reconciliation strategy, mismatch handling, and replay/backfill flows at implementation level, not slides. I can share relevant payments platform examples, PSPs I’ve integrated, proposed stack options, and a realistic path to a first usable release. If this sounds aligned, let’s open a chat and go deeper. Hello PayZentric Team, I’m Muhammad Awais, a fintech platform developer with hands-on experience building payments ecosystems, multi-tenant control planes, ledger models, and reconciliation workflows. Your MVP goal—a provider-agnostic payments control plane with a single API and console for PayIns, PayOuts, and PayOps—fits my recent work in multi-provider adapters, idempotent event processing, and secure, auditable operations. My approach is to deliver a tight core: a multi-tenant RBAC model, a provider-agnostic adapter layer, a robust event and webhook flow with idempotency, and a ledger-backed transaction store designed for accurate reconciliation. We’ll ship an admin console for onboarding, configuration, and visibility/export, then layer PayOuts next with the same governance. The design emphasizes auditability, failure handling, and easy future PSP/rail additions without rewrites. I’ll align with your concept doc, propose a concrete MVP cut, and deliver a phased plan with milestones, hours by area, and a production-ready repo that you own from day one. Which initial PSPs/rails will be prioritized for MVP, and what is your expected timeline for selecting them? Which data model and ledger schema do you want for PayIns and PayOuts in the MVP, including idempotent posting rules? What RBAC/tenant isolation approach do you envision for onboarding platforms and operators? What are your security/compliance requirements for KYC/KYB, audit logs, data residency, and reconciliati

Hello, Fintech Payments OS MVP Development {{{ I HAVE CREATED SIMILAR BEFORE AND I CAN SHOW YOU }}}} I’ve carefully reviewed the PayZentric MVP requirements and understand that this is a provider-agnostic fintech payments control plane, not a simple PSP integration. With 10+ years of hands-on experience building end-to-end payments platforms, I have worked on multi-tenant B2B systems covering PayIns, PayOuts, PayOps, internal ledgers, reconciliation, webhook/idempotency handling, and operational back-office consoles. I’ve designed ledger posting rules, retry-safe event pipelines, adapter-based PSP layers, and reconciliation workflows that handle duplicates, partials, reversals, and out-of-order events in real production environments. For this MVP, I would focus on strong foundations: clean tenant/RBAC modeling, a provider-agnostic integration layer, deterministic idempotency keys, auditable ledger and transaction states, and an ops-ready console for onboarding, configuration, visibility, and exports. I’m comfortable integrating KYC/KYB vendors, marketplace flows, mass payouts, and designing APIs and admin tools used daily by finance and ops teams. I work well in paid discovery phases and technical deep dives, and can clearly walk through concrete implementation details—not just diagrams. Hello, We specialize in building payment platforms, not simple integrations and your control plane vision aligns directly with the systems we've built around provider agnostic architectures, internal ledgers, reconciliation and operational tooling. We would design your MVP around a strong multi-tenant foundation with RBAC, a clean adapter layer for PSPs, idempotent event and webhook processing and a ledger model that is auditable, reconcilable and resilient to real world failures like retries, duplicates, reversals and partials. The goal is to make sure PayIns and future PayOuts can scale across any rails or providers you select without rewrites. We would deliver a single API for PayIns, a web console for onboarding, configuration, transaction visibility and exports, and prepare the platform for payouts and PayOps immediately after MVP. Our approach includes a paid discovery phase to define ledger posting rules, event contracts, reconciliation workflows, tenancy/RBAC and a clear MVP cutline, followed by a phased build with weekly updates and full IP ownership in your repos. We work with clean APIs, auditable data models, and production grade payment patterns, and we're comfortable defending concrete implementation details in a technical deep dive. Looking forward to discussing further. Best regards, Kamran

Quick question: how do you want to handle idempotency for PayIns and PayOuts? Are we thinking a Redis-based approach or something else? I’ve got solid experience with clean, documented APIs and multi-tenant B2B systems using Laravel for the backend. Plus, I can whip up a slick web console for ops teams to manage transactions. Hello, We are a fintech-focused payments engineering team with 10+ years of experience building platform and marketplace payment systems covering PayIns, PayOuts, internal ledgers, reconciliation, and operational back-office tooling. Our background is not generic web apps. We’ve built provider-agnostic payment layers using adapter patterns, multi-tenant RBAC models, event-driven webhook pipelines with strict idempotency, and double-entry ledger systems designed for auditability, reversals, partials, and backfills. We’re comfortable owning the “unsexy but critical” parts—ledger posting rules, retry semantics, reconciliation mismatches, and ops visibility. I have few questions: Do you expect the MVP ledger to be strictly double-entry from day one, or is a transitional model acceptable initially? Will tenants be fully isolated at the data layer, or logically isolated within shared schemas? Is near-real-time reconciliation a requirement for MVP, or batch/provider-report–driven reconciliation first? Any initial constraints on deployment (cloud preference, region, compliance posture), even if PSPs are undecided? We’re fully aligned with a paid discovery/spec sprint and are comfortable delivering all source into PayZentric-owned repos with no licensing dependency. Happy to share 2–4 directly relevant platform payments examples, PSPs integrated, team composition, and a realistic MVP cutline once shortlisted. Looking forward to the next step. Hello, PayZentric is clearly building infrastructure, not features—and you’re right to screen hard for real payments depth. We specialize in B2B payment platforms where ledgers, payouts, ops tooling, and reconciliation are first-class citizens. We’ve delivered marketplace and platform payment systems with multi-tenant RBAC, internal double-entry ledgers, provider-agnostic adapters, webhook ingestion with idempotency, KYB integrations, and finance-grade exports. Our approach is pragmatic: immutable transaction models, explicit state machines, and reconciliation workflows designed for mismatches, partials, and late provider reports. We’d start with a paid discovery sprint to lock posting rules, event contracts, and the MVP cutline, then ship a usable PayIns control plane plus an ops console—structured so PayOuts and new rails drop in cleanly. Weekly reporting, hour-to-deliverable mapping, and PayZentric-owned repos are standard for us. • How many tenants and expected TPS should MVP comfortably handle? • Will finance teams require accrual vs cash views at launch? Hello!! I’ve read this carefully, and I understand that you’re not looking for a checkout integration or a single-merchant payments build. You’re building a payments control plane that needs to behave correctly under real operational conditions. I can support this as a backend-heavy fintech build, focused on getting the foundations right rather than rushing features. The work would centre on a clean tenant model, role and permission handling, a provider-agnostic integration layer, and a transaction/ledger model that stays consistent even when events arrive late, twice, or out of order. The goal for the MVP would be: One stable API surface for PayIns A clear internal transaction and ledger model Reliable webhook/event handling with idempotency A simple but usable ops console for onboarding, configuration, and transaction visibility A structure that allows PayOuts and additional rails to be added without refactoring core logic We can first: Review your concept document in detail Do a technical deep dive focused on ledger rules, webhook processing, and reconciliation approach Propose a practical MVP scope and phased delivery plan rather than an over-ambitious first release Lets connect over chat so we could discuss.
