Drawing from a rich experience in delivering complete end-to-end wearables solutions, I, Sardar Hasnain, believe that my skillset makes me an ideal candidate for this project. Having successfully brought several electronic products – including healthcare wearables – to the market leveraging my firm grasp on firmware development, PCB design (including RF hardware), BLE, battery optimization, audio hardware integration, antenna design and more, I am confident in my ability to meet and even exceed your expectations. Of particular relevance to your project is my experience not only in schematic design and embedded firmware development, but also in sophisticated areas such as wireless charging and compact wearable enclosure/CAD. These experiences resonate strongly with your project description, and I am keen to leverage them to transform your product vision into reality. Backing up my claims are my proven successes in real-world projects. For instance, I recently designed a wearable healthcare device involving advanced signal processing techniques - similar to the challenges your project may pose. Additionally, I have also worked on projects involving precision motor control and industrial automation crucial for IoT designs like yours.

As a skilled and experienced freelancer, I have precisely the background you're looking for in a wearable hardware engineer. With a successful track record that includes working on several products end-to-end, such as a digital motor control drive and electronic design for renewable energy solutions, I am adept at handling all aspects of your project. I've also honed my skills in circuit design over the years and have extensive work experience with the necessary microcontrollers such as ESP32 and ESP8266 for similar wireless applications. My proficiency in Altium for schematic and PCB design using CAD files manufacturers will allow me to efficiently deliver production-ready outputs like schematics, PCB/Gerber files, BOM, firmware source code, enclosure CAD, assembly/manufacturing documentation while eliminating any potential DFM hurdles. Regarding healthcare wearables or senior-care devices? Check! I have worked on projects requiring biometric sensors akin to those usually present in personal health monitoring devices patented by some top companies. Additionally, I 've successfully designed circuits for audio hardware integrated with microphone amplifiers and speakers on multiple products. Also, having had opportunities to collaborate with manufacturers in Europe including Turkey (my home country), gives me an edge in understanding DFM and potential manufacturing issues.

Hi there, I carefully reviewed your requirements and understand that you need an engineer capable of taking a compact, battery-powered wearable from hardware architecture through PCB design, firmware, enclosure integration, prototyping, DFM, and manufacturing handoff. My background in mechatronics and embedded hardware covers the technologies involved here, including BLE, low-power embedded systems, microphone/speaker audio circuitry, battery management, wireless charging, antenna-aware PCB layout, compact multilayer electronics, firmware, CAD integration, and prototype bring-up. I can handle the complete engineering cycle: architecture and component selection, schematic/PCB development, BLE and low-power firmware, audio and power optimization, wireless charging integration, enclosure coordination, prototype debugging, and production documentation. I am available for a technical video call and can begin quickly once the requirements and NDA are available. Just send me a message and we can review the product architecture and development milestones. Best regards, Samuel tshibangu

As an experienced Systems Architect with 27 years under my belt, I bring a lot to the table for your wearable hardware project. My extensive resume includes working on highly sensitive systems for the military, such as fabricating fiber glass submarines, implementing combat rovers and developing aircraft communication equipment. My work in these fields has given me a deep understanding of electronics and metaphorical 'baptism by fire' that ensures I have seen and solved almost all kinds of challenges. For instance, for Mountain RF where topological conditions were very different to other areas or even countries in terms of signals spread. In terms of relevant projects I've worked on: 1) A precisely built Custom Drone Frames with Anti-Jamming & RF Communication 2) Implementation of Autonomous SDR systems 3) Creation of Aircraft Communication Equipment On these projects, I tinkered hands-on with things like PCB/schematic design, firmware development, BLE integration, battery optimization and much more - skills highly in line with this project requirements. In all these projects, I delivered deliverable items just like you'll be needing; from Board Required Assemblance (functioning at 100% safety and speed efficiency), safe Wireless Breath-field Controlled Bomb Diffuser Robot to Auto-Analysing Decision Making Sentry Drones.

Your brief is clear — wrist-worn, BLE, audio, battery that actually lasts, and a path to manufacturing. Most people claiming wearable experience have done a dev board demo. I've shipped products that went into real enclosures and stayed alive on coin cells. Let me give you exactly what you asked for. Here's what I bring to this: → I built a Smart Golf Ball on nRF52840 — custom 4-layer PCB inside a 42mm ball, BLE mesh, 9-12 month coin-cell life, shipped to production with PCBWay. I handled PCB, firmware, BLE, power, and antenna layout. → I designed a basketball dribble tracker — ESP32 + MPU6050, custom PCB sized to a fixed cavity, wake-on-dribble firmware, ~80% detection accuracy, in use since 2023. I handled PCB, firmware, IMU, and battery design. → I built an equine performance wearable — Nordic module, IMU gait classification on-device, BLE advertising, 5 -day battery on 500mAh, 3D-printed enclosure iterated for a moving animal. I handled the full stack. → I also built a Vlepis patient monitoring app — multi-sensor BLE pairing, real-time ECG streaming — so I understand the phone side of your audio link too.

I've spent 20+ years in electronics and embedded firmware: multilayer PCB layout, BLE on Nordic nRF52/nRF53, two-way audio over I2S/PDM codecs, Li-Po power-path design, Qi wireless charging, and 2.4 GHz antenna matching. I take boards from schematic through bring-up and DFM handoff to the CM. The hard part of a wrist wearable isn't one block, it's fitting BLE, two-way audio and wireless charging into a coin-size power and RF budget without the antenna detuning against the battery and wrist. - BLE on nRF52840/nRF5340: tune connection interval and TX power, verify the antenna match with DTM so range holds under body-loading - Audio: MEMS mic and speaker over I2S/PDM, codec and amp sized to the power budget - Power: Li-Po with a PMIC (nPM1300/BQ25180 class), measure real sleep current, gate radio and audio so battery life is a measured number - Wireless charging: place the Qi coil so it doesn't couple into the antenna - Deliverables: schematics, Gerbers, BOM, firmware source, enclosure CAD for DFM, bring-up and test report One engineer owns hardware, RF, firmware and manufacturing handoff, so nothing falls between PCB, firmware and factory. You get a documented, testable design, milestone by milestone. On your proof ask: I'd rather show the real engineering than a marketing link, so I can send a written walkthrough of how I'd design this. One question: is the audio one-way capture, playback, or full-duplex? That decides the codec and the power budget. I can start right away.
