Design 8 flash banners for my website for googleAds

I am looking for a great flash designer/developer who can design the flash banners in the sizes below, which will be put on googleads, so they need to be FULLY compatible.
Skyscraper (120 x 600 pixels)
Rectangle (180 x 150 pixels)
Full Banner (468 x 60 pixels)
Leaderboard (728 x 90 pixels)
Button (120 x 60 pixels)
Medium Rectangle (300 x 250 pixels)
Large Rectangle (336 x 280 pixels)
Wide Skyscraper (160 x 600 pixels)
I will need all Original Flash files once project has been delivered. You must have a strong portfolio and have done lots of flash banner ads beforehand. I can give a chance to a user who has no feedback on this site, as long as his portfolio and price is great.

I just want to add that the ads are Sport related (hockey). So a nice hockey related animation would be ideal.
All Banners will be the same animation and theme, so it is 1 design, but various sizes.
