Need Flash Banner / Animated Logo

We are looking for a pro flash animator who can create relatively simple banner / logo for our website.
Here's the idea:
Since our company's name is Excalibur, our logo looks like a sword and a knight. It's static right now you can take a look, it's on the very top of our website.
What we need is the following:
Right below the main nav menu you can see relatively large header image with moving quote form. We would like to add animation to it.
What you need to do is to create an animated knight on the horse that would ride into the hearer image (we prefer the knight to be as realistic as possible).
After the knight rides across the picture he stops and draws his sword over his head. Then the image closes up to the sword and user sees Excalibur Van Lines written on the blade.
It should be at least 5 seconds long, could be a little longer, but not less than 5 sec.
It should be with sound.
After the animation comes to an end it disappears from the screen and doesn't repeat itself unless the page is reloaded.
Here's the relatively close example of what we need: [url removed, login to view] You can see, that once you open main page a hummingbird flies into the page, stays for a few seconds and flies away.
That's pretty much the same idea, instead of the bird, we need the knight.
If you have any good ideas please don't hesitate to tell us, we are always open to original creation.
