10 seconds of video needed - Intro and Outro

I am looking for a 5 second video intro and 5 second video outro to use with a video I will be making.
The intro and outro will be fairly simple. I will only really need text, and some graphics, and a few sound effects. I want it to be exciting and grab the viewers attention, the intro will be promoting my website, saying something along the lines of GET MORE - and then words being slammed on the screen (with sound effects) like articles, tips, tricks, videos and then my website name. The outro will be very similar. My website is a hockey website so if you can add on some hockey related things like an animated hockey puck hitting the screen or an animated player body checking the screen (something like that) that would be cool. Be as creative as you like. Show me some of your previous work and give me some ideas you have for the video.
