Joomla - Ad US flash map - Modify Log in menu - move picture

Hello,
Look at the images attached to see "old look" and "new look" images of home page of site to see what I need.
The flash map of the US I purchased. I have the image I will rework to get better resolution (its the 3 pic horizontal image that needs to be moved up and made bigger).
The "registered users" and "new users" log in module I would like to combine into one.
Will this affect the way the registration or log in works currently? PLEASE ANSWER WHEN BIDDING
Let me know how long it will take and how much.
Also I will ad the hover text to the flash map after its installed. I just need the page reorganized.
