Dynamic Financial Site

We have a site that we want to create that will have 2 stages of design. In stage one, I need to have 2 levels of pop out links. For example, when I click on the About Us button, I'd like a pop out window to give me more options to narrow down. From there, I may select Our History and another pop-out window may appear. An example of what I mean by pop out menu can be viewed at www.storefront.net. In this example, they only have a one level pop out. If I click on one of the buttons on their pop out, in my scenario, I may have another pop out that expands from there. What I would like to do is design a PSD file of what I'd like the site to look like and convert it to HTML. Your job would be to take my psd or HTML file and add the necessary functionality to make the header work the way I need it. ANOTHER option would be for you to design the whole thing, with my design elements incorporated. I will need you to send me all source files. Because I work in PC platform as a Graphic Designer, I pretty much have all the design softwares out there. We just have to agree on what will be used. I will also need you to convert the fla files used to create the pop out windows into some sort of text file that will allow me to rename the headers simply by changing the text file. I am attaching a sample web flow so you can see what I need each header to be. The second part of this webdesign is that we will need a database created. Take a look at www.advanceme.com. See how they have an account name and password on the top? I would want something similar, but it will be placed on the Referral page, as indicate on my diagram. Behind that log in is a database that functions in the following manner: I will need one administrative log on that can add data at any time. I will need an unlimited ability to add up to 200 user names and passwords that can logon and only view information. This will be a financial website and what we are doing is tracking leads received from bankers and other sources. When our company gets a lead, we want to be able to log on and add that lead to this database and assign it to the company that sent us the lead, with a status. When that company logs onto our website, we want them see everything that we have done with their lead, but they cannot edit, and they cannot see any other company's information. I hope this helps.
