I'm looking for someone ( or a company ) who is an expert in vBulletin design, coding , hacking.
You must be very familiair with the vBulletin script, styles, etc
Design and coding : I need a forum to be designed very unique and fashionable looking. Flash header if possible.( details of business will only provide to the person we choose )

Install and hacking: Install VB into our server.
Feature needed:
Able to install Google adsense, and match the main color of the website.
Forum market place paid post: such as: [url removed, login to view]
Show thumb pictures at paid post only ( for user selling their products )

Show ads to unregistered users such as :

and a few other simple features.
Before we start I will need some reference or portfolio just to make sure that you are capable of doing the job. Please pm me your previous works ( I prefer to send me your previous VB works )
