Youtube-like Video Function

I have 7 short videos for my website. I need all 7 videos made into a simple function where they can be played directly on the webpage. It should resemble a Youtube player with PLAY/PAUSE/STOP and VOLUME CONTROL. I will then need the videos placed on 2 pages of my website. Each video will have its own player on the website.
Also, two of the videos are actually slideshows for which I have the JPG files. I will need you to make the slideshow and then have it function with the PLAY/PAUSE/STOP the same way as the videos.
The videos are currently in the following formats. They may need to be converted to function properly:
.WMV (3)
.MOV (1)
.MP4 (1)
JPGS slideshow (2)-- need to be made into simple slideshow for video. There are two slideshows with about 12-14 slides each.
When you bid, please tell me in a PM how you will accomplish this (will you use Flash, or some other format) and any samples of similar work you have.
Videos include adult content.
