character design - flash animation - rendering

I am cautioning all those who copy/paste - you will be neglected. I've written a keyword in middle of description - so you write it in both bid message and pmb message and don't copy/paste long messages with long links

we want to show you some characters in a flash game. we want them replaced by better characters

1 - we need concept design with revisions till we are happy

2 - use illustrator to vectorize these images

3 - once character is approved, we need it to be incorporated into FLA file in place of the old character. we don't know how this is done, so you need to explain

to make sure you understand, I am taking an example:

let's say there is a game called ROBOT

and let's say we have the game's FLA

keyword: flash animator

now, we want the ROBOT character re-designed and our new re-designed ROBOT has to be placed into the game.

This means, our new ROBOT character has to do all that the old ROBOT did on game -- like walking, jumping, skidding etc etc

I hope this is clear - we need someone to start immediately and someone that quotes a reasonable price.
