Finish website development

I need someone to complete the website design project already started. The website template already exists. The only thing it requires at this point:

1) the creation/design of a gallery page wherein there are six thumbnails of art images and when the user clicks on the image, a zoomed image appears - all in flash presentation. User can hit next/prev buttons which allows for a maximum of 3 pages (18 images). The web gallery page should be eye catching and have a professional look.

2)Also requires minor modifications on the menu links to temporarily remove the news and about links and adjust the size of the menu buttons.

3)Complete the client login feature wherein a client can log in and it would show all the projects made for the client and the images per project. The presentation is similar to the gallery page.

4)Finish/Enhance the design requirement page wherein user can fill-in the design requirements form and upon submission, it emails us the info entered.

1&2&4 above are required ASAP. #3 requirement can be delivered after the website has been launched with the changes mentioned on 1&2&3. I will provide all the source codes we have so far for the entire website. You should be able to help us package/upload the entire website with your modifications.
