I am starting a RE company and need to build a website from the ground up. I would need both design and programming. It is a full service company, but the website will be primarily for the brokerage company, although there will probably be a few pages of the website devoted to investing, management, and financing. The brokerage part is the largest and most intricate part of the website. I would like it to be largely modeled after www.tregny.com. Flash capabilities, likely to be a lot of AJAX programming, a web 2.0 look and feel a way to integrate MLS searches into the site, a lot of criteria for the properties searched and on the tregny site notice the map search function. I am looking for a good looking and easy to use website. I also would want it programmed in a way where I could easily add content without knowing any programming. In other words, I want a self sustaining site. I think this is called a custom content management system. Finally, I would want a system log in area where I could see which properties different clients searched and also I could place properties on thier user account so they could loko at what I have chosen for them. I would ideally like the site in 60 days, but would be willing to wait longer for something great. I am looking for someone who has a lot of experience and some history that is readily available for me to look at. Past experience is RE sites is a large bonus. I would feel more comfortable with a company with some sort of connection to the United States.
