Image Tweek QUICK Job

I want images to be edited... Maybe in Flash! I want one image to fade into another... But the top layer, i want to just come across the screen onto it... See uploads... you might get what i mean! ---- The faded red colour on RBS1 on the left... with the R on top... I want to come from the left and stop there... (Going half on the image) Then when RBS2 comes on the screen.... - I want the faded red and R to go to the right hand side of that image... Then when RBS3 comes on the screen... i want it go back to the left... But i want the fade to move....... Not just like swapping three images. Its a small job! I need alot of other stuff doing!
