Looking for Designers

We are looking for 3 designers that we pay monthly retainer fees for 5-6 projects per month. Each job varies depending on our monthly needs for marketing supplement or updates. We are looking for someone with excellent PRINT design experience,creative,graphics, programming,flash, scripting, etc. We need the designer to be contactable online daily and we will choose one from each time zone, Europe,Asia & USA. Please bid only when you are doing design full-time as we need the commitment to finish each job given with a reasonable deadline. Basically we will be working with the selected designer for the 1-2 months to determine a long term relationship, so selected designer will be given the first project to show us if they have the type of creativity that we are looking for before going into the 1-3 testing period (paid retainer of course). We want someone who is responsible and serious about deadline.
