The project is to design a web frontend for an online PC support company. This is a portal where the customer will click through to gain access to a backend scheduling database that will provide slots in half hour blocks. The customer will choose and book a slot for an engineer to initiate a remote service call.
This will involve the following:
Corporate branding - logo design, colour palette, print collateral, word, PowerPoint, invoice, email template, and newsletter/customer communication email.
Website - frontend with flash demonstration of booking process and the remote support procedure. A customer should be able to buy and pay for a booking slot and/or other products/services listed on the website. Secure customer login with the ability to see purchases and leave feedback on products and services bought. Also, the customer should be able to buy credits for future use.
We will have the project monitored by an in-house developer to ensure good coding and web standards are adhered to.
