Looking to hire a professional website developer to redo the [login to view URL] website!

I am looking for a very clean and user friendly layout, one that emphasizes on the current projects we are using along with the success of the company.

One major problem we are having with the site now is that when the site is viewed at very high resolutions, the flash images are stretched and blurred. We are looking for that to be fixed also in this project.

I will go into more full detail once I have selected someone for this project thanks.
