must have space for 2 horizontal menu bars under a large banner/header across the top (hopefully mountains, villas, fincas etc) banner could possibly be flash aswell your disgression)
few boxes down the side for "top 5" etc
when you have one you think i would like, snapshot it and let me know,if its what i want then the $ yours!
remember bright spanish colours etc etc

attached is a very rough diagram of how the page is to look, all fancy graphics blending etc is all up to you as long as you stick to the rough guide.
