clone choose your language page

hello there, i need a page in flash for choosing between two languages (english , french). Please refer to the one (choosing a language page at [login to view URL]). I would need the same thing done, the loader at first and then well whatever you see on the page. Except of course for the bottom part (awards). Now i am open to suggestion but what u see on the website i gave you the addrress to is the kinda of look i like and pretty much what i want (clean , sophisticated and professional looking.) Whatever suggestion u may have, i need to see an example of the work (perhaps on a website if its on one or give me details before i say yes.) as soon as i choose a bidder, i will deposit the money on the escrow account. thank you.
