I need an expandable Flash banner made with some animation on both the no roll over and the rollover state. If you go to [login to view URL] the banners size I am looking for is the one on left hand side of the home page about half way down under the vehicle search.

I have reviewed the job details. In view of these details I can design and develop this flexible banner as per you requirement. Two flash files would be designed and make them hidden/visible on rollover/rollout state accordingly to achieve animation and flexibility. Message me for further details. Thanks.
