Flash embedded video - 2 part simple job

Job #1

See [url removed, login to view]

The header on this page – the dark blue graphic under the logo and tagline – needs to be put into flash. Replace the screen capture of the video (the center part of the graphic) with the actual video.

The video should not automatically play – it should have a semi-transparent “play” icon superimposed over it to indicate that the user can click to play the video. Once the video is playing, it needs basic controls: stop / pause / play. Because the video is nearly the exact size needed to align with the other graphics in the header, these buttons will need to be superimposed on the video. I recommend putting them in the bottom LH corner. Please make sure that they do not cover up any critical information… I just watched the video and the lowest positioned important piece of information seems to be the doctor’s name on the screen.

Note that several areas of this graphic contain links that will have to be enabled in flash.

Job #2

This video appears on the site’s home page, as well. [url removed, login to view]

It’s a very large file, and users with slow internet connections see a black box while the video is loading.

We’d like to have the word “Loading…” appear as the video is loading.

Also, if possible and practical as a solution for quicker loading, could the movie be cut into two pieces, the first smaller than the second, so that the first video starts playing while the second is loading? We can provide the video in two pieces if this is a good solution.
