FLASH IMAGE SLIDESHOW WITH ZOOM

Hello,
I need you to show a high number of small pictures in a flash slide show like the one you can see at the top of this page.

in the page above it is not flash but it should be displayed the same way.
The feature should be:
- Mini images slideshow
- Before the entire mini images load, display a TEXT saying "Check the quality of our paintings!" so it attracts the attention of the visitor.
- When mouse over, it the slide show should stop, the cursor should show a ZOOM cursor.
- When the visitor clicks on a mini image, it should open the big size picture (not in a new page) but in the same FLASH object. It should be like the banners you see at the top on Yahoo email area. When you mouse over, the banner gets bigger and it takes almost all the page.
- Once the image is displayed, the visitor should be able to make a ZOOM over the image (zoom in and out).
- There should also be a NEXT and BEFORE arrow when the image is bigger so the visitor can check the next picture without having to click on another picture. He will be able to use the BEFORE and NEXT arrows.
- When the visitor has clicked on the mini image and the BIG image loads, it should say, loading... Please wait.
- The images will be loaded from the server host, I hope they will not be included in the flash file? Otherwise it would take to much time to load. Please let me know what you think about that.

Requirements:
- You should have a good experience and be talented flash.
- Need someone who uses Yahoo messenger or MSN.
- Need fast work, not spread over weeks please.
